 One Ball success

One Ball Croquet had a strong cohort of players On Sunday 25th April 12 players entered the fray The sun shone, picnic lunches were taken, the matches were all very close and everyone enjoyed the day - all in a covid secure way, of course

Thanks go to Mo; the tournament organiser and manager Mo had created the 2020 One Ball Trophy The top two players were John Rowley and Christina Sandford - congratulations to them both as they proceed to the final at Surbiton - watch this space!! There was then a knock out final and John just edged out Christina John collects his prized winners trophy But the big winner was a The British Heart Foundation as we collected £165 for this worthy cause

CPCC was one of many croquet clubs taking part in this National Charity Event - so, by the end of the day, this worthy charity benefited from a wide range of croquet clubs. Everyone salutes the British Heart Foundation As you can see from the photos, everyone wore something red - the Charity’s colour theme. For GC and AC players it's easy to learn and fun to play - so why not give it a try - email for further info: enquiries@camertonpeasedowncroquet.co.uk
